Home Buyer Inspections
We understand the purchase of property is a HUGE investment. Our job is to insure that you understand every item that is reported. Our job does not end after the report is completed. Should you have any questions months down the road, you are encouraged to give us a call and we will do whatever it takes to insure that you are completely comfortable with the property.
Pre-Listing Inspections
Be Proactive. Find out BEFORE you get an offer if you have issues with your home and correct them before buyers come calling. Pre-Listing Inspections are available to Home Owners and Agents. A follow up “Walk Through” with a buyer is available for $50.00 (+ Plus cost for any lab tests).
Home Maintenance Inspections
We provide comprehensive maintenance and safety inspections that will review all areas of your home which require regularly needed maintenance and repair.
A custom designed plan is provided for repairs and upkeep to help increase home energy efficiency, protect and increase the value of your home, and increase the longevity of your heating and cooling systems.

Thermal Imaging
Thermal Imaging of elements of your home are included in the price of your inspection. Thermal Imaging helps to determine deficiencies in the electrical, heating and plumbing systems, and helps to identify moisture behind walls and ceilings. It can help to expose “leaky” areas in the home.
Comprehensive Water Tests (VA/FHA/Fannie Mae)
If your home has a private well or you’re looking at a home with a private well we highly recommend testing the water. Well water is private which means you are responsible for the safety of your water. We test the water for you utilizing a 3rd party lab for un-biased test results.
Radon Testing
We use the very latest, state-of-the-art, Radon Monitors from AccuStar. The Rad Star RS800 Electronic Radon Monitor eliminates false tests, and is far more accurate than canister tests. We also offer radon testing in the water. Radon is an odorless, colorless gas produced by radioactive decay of the element radium. The only way to detect radon in your home is to test for it. Radon can cause lung cancer in non-smokers, and many other health issues.
